Our CBD Dosage Guide
For dosing, we use the up-titration method which is a tried and proven, traditional step-up increase in dose approach. The loading dose we recommend starting with is 4 pumps daily, taken for the first week. After this loading phase, the regular dose you should take daily will depend on the severity of your ailment.CBD Energy

Medium – 4 pumps daily
Severe – 6 pumps daily
For optimal results, ensure you take your dose at the same time daily, added directly to your beverage of choice. The above dosage may be increased in increments of 1 drop weekly if necessary until you find you’re taking the correct amount needed to feel benefits.
